I did see they really loved their new bibles.
So many things to do in December before we depart for the states.. I sat in on a preschool class to see what the kids where learning. Royal loves school time! The children are doing well with the garden. I'm just praying how to take them to the next level with it. We will be eating 5 chickens to celebrate Christmas.... Praying we can get them multiplying and the pen will work. Sharon and Laston, Evelyn and Stephen returned to relatives this December. We also visited the other children that had returned everyone is adjusting. One of our team rooms becasue a storage room for two months of supplies for the children. We never know what rainy season will bring. This way I knew they had what was needed on site even if they could not get to town to buy. It was a very busy month. Thankful HE always blessings me with what is needed. Our Christmas Celebration was wonderful at House of Faith. The children had a Happy Birthday party for Jesus and they preformed a Christmas play about two very different families at Christmas. We sang songs then received new shoes, treats bags and stuffed animals. I will post a few pictures. Our teacher and his wife are helping out while I am away. Please keep everyone in your prayers. We also went to House of Hope to have Christmas with Sheri and the children. After Sheri read the Christmas story they also received treat bags stuffed animals and new shoes. I did see they really loved their new bibles. While visiting the valley Michael was asked to share at one of his MOT MOT students church. What a blessed day we had. I was thinking of all the things the Lord helped me to accomplish this month and I was so thankful.

Sheri found us great ticket prices departing Christmas Day from Livingstone to Joburg to London. We took a short flight over to Germany to see Pam, Mario, and the family. What a wonderful visit we had. They took us to Czech Republic. We visited Prague what a beautiful old city. and a wonderful start to family time :) The grand children are growing up fast. We spent 12 wonderful days and have way too many pictures to share then it was on to Dallas TX seeing Brandi, Michael and family. We got a couple nights sleep to help with jet lag, celebrated Michael's 56th birthday at Texas Road House. Then on to Colorado for the birth of our 10th grandchild. We had fun waiting on Epiphany's arrival going to RV shows playing in the snow eating out and shopping. It was way to cold for us in Colorado..... Epiphany's arrival was 1 week later than Jamie's due date on January 27th. I have been so blessed to be with my daughters and their families for each grandchild's arrival. What a blessing. Our first meeting was in Michigan on the 2nd of February so off we drove in the fresh snow for my brother's in Dundee, MI. We had a great time seeing family and sharing at a new church in Michigan. We did have a flat tire in AMERICA! We have them all the time in Africa but never in the States. Well it happened to be at 10:45pm coming back from a service the temperature was 5 degrees and wind chill 25 below. New experiences for us....thankful to have my brother nearby to help us out. Even our spare tire was flat. Well it seems the snow followed us everywhere we went! We had a blessed few weeks visiting many family and friends in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. I was blessed to be with my mom when she had her shoulder surgery and Michael enjoyed special time with his Dad. We started our drive back to Texas in the SNOW in March and had a wonderful spring break with Brandi, Michael and the kids in Galveston, TX. We visited so many places and had such a wonderful time even if we had hoped for warmer temperatures. It was way to cold for fishing but we had a great time out on the water. There were some crazy rides at the Historic Pier and Moody gardens was also fun. I so enjoyed the heated jacuzzi every night after a long day We had a blessed trip back into Zambia on the 21 of March. We were so thankful to see Sheri. She did a wonderful job taking care of the Lord's work here for us while we were away. She will be visiting the States in July, August, and September.
