Sundays are always a special time as Michael prepares a message the Lord puts on his heart and then early Sunday morning he asks where he is to go to give that message.  Sometimes it is nearby other times it is far away.

I found all but two of Global Orphan Reliefs extended Care kids this month.  Lovemore has had problems with an Auntie and we helped him to shift to his grandfather's and we are trying to get him back in school.  Always something going on.  Thankful his grandfather opened his home to him.    Below, Olivia is another extended care child that came by for a visit and I just happened to have clothes for winter she could use.

Justine is always doing well and the picture below shows mama Elizabeth's house of girls that went with me through the bush to do our home visits.  They had so much fun that day....and there is always room for one more :)
Then the next picture is of Faith she is no longer an extended care kid but will always be one of our kids. She is happily married and just had a beautiful baby girl.  She named her Linda Joy......

Sharon and Laston are also well and we took them some coats that were left in the closet.  It gets cold here in Winter.

Last year in March we had a motorcycle arrive at House of Faith from far away with the driver an Auntie and a baby.  His mother had passed away and they had heard of our place..  I was not sure if we could take another baby but after praying overnight we received little Ofaryel.  One week after receiving him the father came with two more boys and needed help until he could get back on his feet.  He still had 3 older boys at home but just could not manage with the three smallest.  I was so blessed to have him come the beginning of May for a visit and ask if he could receive the two oldest boys back in August.  I love helping people, who know what the children would have suffered if we had not taken them in.  Ofaryel will go back when he is 3 because there is no food for little ones at his place. The boys so love their daddy.

Much of Michael construction work this month and last has involved water projects. A lot of trenching had to be done to get water to a tank at House of hope before he could connect it to the bathhouse.   All water projects are now finished except the big one at the community school at House of Faith.  Everyone was excited to have water at their tap

Our preschoolers are so excited to have tables and chairs for school work.  They are learning their colors ABC's number and how to write their names..   Thanks teacher Richard for your love and support of these children.  We pray they will go far.

The Printing for our first year of MOT MOT has been done and Michael is working out details with a Pastor about 4 hours out.  It's a two year course meeting together one week each month.  Seems there are over 30 leaders wanting to attend.  Hoping to start soon...

The Activities Building at House of Hope is ready for the roof.  I'm hoping by mid June this will be ready for activities.

Sheri called and asked for special things like crackers and fruit telling me she was not feeling well and could not even keep water down.  When we arrived we prayed for her and started our work. We took her to Zimba Mission Hospital and blood work was done and it she had Hepatitis A.  She had yellow eyes and her skin was even yellow...  She had to rest.  I thank the Lord for prayers answered and that she was back at House of Hope in a couple of weeks.  When people saw the Nissan driving through to House of Hope many arrived within the hour to greet Sheri.  She is doing a great job there working not only with the orphans but with the ladies of the area.  So many are now reading their bibles for the first time in their lives from the literacy classes she is teaching.

Michael visited a small church near Livingstone and found many he had not seen in a very long time.  So thankful they are moving forward with Jesus.  He did not find the Pastor he thought he was visiting but the message was just what they needed to hear.

We prepared a room at House of Hope for visitors in June and July.  Thanks for coming Jon and Terra.  We are also looking forward to seeing Olivia and Katie, both elementary school teachers, in July.

At House of Faith our garden is always a work in progress. There are always animals getting in to eat our nice green veggies.. Praying for a fence to keep those animals OUT!
Great job kids you are learning what to do when you get older to help your families.  House of Hope below....
