Please pray for Baby Bright! We are helping with formula. His mom passed away about a month ago and his auntie is trying to care for him. We agreed to supply milk and saw his arm. He had been tested for TB and it looked maybe like he was positive. His auntie told us she had been directed to the area Hospital but did not have transport money to take him. We then provided transport money and are looking for answers this coming week. |
Well it was give out shoes time again at House of Faith. I never know if what I have in the closet is what I need for the children until we pull out the shoes and start trying them on. Again the Lord blessed us and everyone received shoes I only had to buy one pair in town... The boys were excited becasue they received cleats for sports... Just the right amount and sizes for all the older boys were in the closet except one pair that I was blessed to buy in town. 50 children received shoes. Many wonderful Sunday Services the children did a great job with their youth choir. The next pictures are just of services... Many work items have been completed and more have started that is the way it goes here... The hand pump at the community school has been put down and an interesting pump installed becasue we wanted to use the water at two places. So far Michael has been blessed his design is working well.... House of Hope is moving forward with the roof being put on the activities building and the verandas are being finished on house 1 and started on house 2. Pictures below. Another extended care kid showed up at my door here in Kalomo to check in. Hybeck is doing well and shared about his new adventure working and selling cabbage from their large family garden. I love seeing our young adults grow. We have been blessed with Olivia and Katie working at house of Hope for the month of July. They are both teachers and are blessing our children with special learning. Thank you ladies for the love you have shown at House of Hope.
