On the 4th of August we took a journey several hours into the game park to a resettlement area to help Obby and Osborn return to their father. His wife had passed away over a year ago and left him with 6 children and no relatives near by. The boys were so excited to see their father again. We will keep his baby boy who is just over a year old until he can also provide for him. Below are some pictures of our day and journey to their far away home and on a lot of just walking paths no roads. .
Many updates are happening at House of Hope. With Sheri in the states we are checking in once a week and bringing supplies. Verandas are being put on, cabinets are being built and the activity center is moving forward. Pictures below....
Michael had a wonderful first session of MOT MOT Bible training with 30 attendants from different areas. They will meet every other month for a week for two years to finish this program. We are excited to see what the Lord will do. Michael sleeps in his inexpensive tent on top of the vehicle. August September and October are busy months for the Jesus Film and he is out most weekends at newly planted churches far from town. His home away from home.
At House of Faith we are doing everything possible to keep the animals out of the garden and fencing our chickens so animals can not get to our baby chicks. Praying it will work. The cows were watching us put up the fence.
It's a holiday month and the children had fun playing, building things and working around the site.
